🎥 Video required
⏱ Continuous video, no cuts

How do you break it?

You have one minute. The clock starts on the first descent and does not stop.
A valid repetition: hands shoulder-width apart, body straight from head to heels, lower until the chest nearly touches the floor, then rise until the elbows are fully extended.
Partial repetitions, an arched back or resting in the push-up position do not count.
Film continuously from the side, without cuts, with a visible timer in the frame.
Herzl, an AI judge, reviews the video and reaches a reasoned verdict; unclear cases go to a human. Authorized staff record the verdict.
