Israel Records terms
Who can take part, how decisions are made, what is prohibited and what each side is responsible for. Plain words, no unnecessary fine print.
The service
Israel Records is a digital arena for Israeli challenges and records: choose a challenge, submit a documented attempt, receive Herzl’s review and an authorized reviewer’s recorded decision, register an official record and obtain a digital certificate. Use is subject to these terms and to Israeli law.
Who can take part
Participation is open to residents and visitors in Israel, subject to Israeli law. Registration requires accurate and complete details. Do not use another person’s identity or create more than one account to bypass restrictions.
Minimum age and parental consent
Participation in challenges and submission of attempts is currently limited to adults aged 18 and over. A parental-consent process is not available at this time.
Participant responsibility
You confirm that you are fit to attempt the challenge, follow its published rules, and provide genuine, complete information and evidence. You are responsible for the attempt, your safety and the result of your actions.
Safety rules
Do not attempt a challenge if a medical condition, personal risk or unsafe conditions are present. Do not endanger others, property or the public. Physical challenges display a warning before submission. Challenges that endanger the public, break the law or endanger animals are disqualified and blocked.
Filming rules
The central evidence is one continuous, visible video of the full attempt, without edits, cuts or voice guidance. The camera angle must support measurement under the challenge rules. Partial, edited or unclear footage may not be accepted as evidence.
Verification
Herzl, a senior AI-based judge, reviews each submission and reaches a reasoned verdict. An authorized reviewer checks the evidence and records the verdict on the site; a record and certificate are created only after the approval is recorded.
Disqualification
An attempt is rejected if evidence is insufficient, rules were not followed, the result cannot be measured, declarations are incomplete or manipulation is found. The rejection is recorded with a reason.
Appeals
You can appeal a decision with a reason or new evidence within 30 days. Where possible, a judge other than the original reviewer considers the appeal. The appeal decision is final.
Fraud and manipulation
Fake evidence, edited footage, a false identity, attempts to influence a judge or bypass review lead to immediate rejection, account blocking and removal of achievements obtained through manipulation. Criminal fraud may be reported to authorities.
Use of artificial intelligence
Herzl reviews submissions and reaches a documented, reasoned verdict; unclear cases go to a human. An authorized reviewer verifies the evidence and records the decision on the site. Herzl cannot change a status, issue a certificate or change an account on its own.
Your content and rights
You retain rights in videos and content you submit. By submitting, you grant Israel Records a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for review, records, display of an approved record, publication of the achievement and promotion of the arena. You may request removal of content not approved as a record.
Name and image
Approval of a record means the participant’s name, city, result and certificate may be published in the public database, profile, rankings and arena materials. Contact details and private evidence are not published.
Site and certificate rights
Israel Records retains its rights in its name, logo, certificate designs, original text, code and site design to the extent provided by law. Receiving or buying a certificate does not transfer ownership of the design or brand. Participants and third parties retain rights in their respective content. Do not copy or sell site or certificate designs as templates, remove verification details or create certificates that appear to be official.
Personal use of a certificate
A holder of a verified certificate may download, print and share their own certificate, including on social media and when presenting their achievement, without changing the record details, signature or verification. Commercial use of the design itself, issuing certificates to others or using the logo to brand another business requires prior written permission. Verify a record against its live entry on the site, not a screenshot or file alone.
AI-assisted artwork
Some illustrations and designs on the site were created or edited with automated tools, including AI tools. This does not mean every element is copyright-protected or free from third-party rights. External materials remain subject to their respective licenses and credits. Illustrative images are not evidence of a record.
Third-party names and marks
Third-party names, photographs, trademarks and works remain with their respective rights holders where the law provides such rights. Mention does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of Israel Records. Rights-related concerns can be sent through the contact page.
Rule changes and cancelled challenges
Challenge rules may be updated, or a challenge suspended or cancelled if unsafe, unmeasurable or no longer relevant. A previously approved record is not retroactively invalidated by a rule change, but may be marked inactive if its challenge is cancelled.
Certificates and payments
A verified record certificate is issued only after an authorized reviewer records a reasoned approval on the site. The blue store certificate is a designed digital product for a verified record, not yet available to buy; a sample is not a verified record. If purchases open, price, cancellation and refund terms will be shown separately before payment, subject to applicable law.
Availability and responsibility
We aim for an available, accurate service but cannot guarantee it will be error-free. The site is not responsible for harm arising from attempting a challenge, use of other users’ content or reliance on external providers.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, and its total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the service in the year before the event. This does not reduce consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms and publish a new date. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance. For questions, see the contact page.
