How a record becomes verified
No shortcuts or approval without evidence and a documented decision. Follow the full path from submission to a documented record.
Herzl reviews each submission against the rules and evidence. Unclear cases go to a human. Authorized staff record the verdict; Herzl does not change statuses or issue certificates on its own. Past decisions remain as recorded: this does not claim that every historical approval was autonomous.
- 1
Clear rules
Each challenge has written rules: what counts, what disqualifies an attempt, the time limit and what the video must show. Read them before you start.
- 2
Documented evidence
A submission includes a continuous uncut video, an exact result and a declaration that it is genuine. The file is stored with a digital fingerprint to prevent substitution.
- 3
Reasoned review by Herzl
Herzl, an AI judge, reviews each submission against the rules and evidence and reaches a reasoned decision. Unclear cases go to a human.
- 4
A documented decision
An authorized reviewer records Herzl’s verdict on the site. Unclear cases are reviewed by a human. Each decision has a written reason, reviewer identity and timestamp.
- 5
A lasting record
Approval creates an official record with a unique ID, history that remains available and a digital certificate with a public verification code.
What else matters
- One standard for everyone. The same rules and evidence requirements apply to all tracks.
- Approval is never guaranteed. A faster review track does not lower the verification bar.
- You can appeal. Decisions can be appealed through your account.
- History stays. A verified record remains in the archive even after it is broken.
- Public verification. Every certificate can be checked without an account.
