Our declaration
How we try, measure and remember
a great achievement begins with one person willing to try. A worthy community is measured by how it gives people a fair chance. Israel Records is a shared home for local records, brave moments and stories that move others to act.
Our vision
We are building an open Israeli home for human achievement. Here curiosity becomes a challenge, practice becomes an attempt, and a personal breakthrough becomes part of a shared story. Adults from every background and place deserve a fair chance to show what is possible.
The spirit of the game
We choose honest effort over shortcuts, respect for fellow competitors over fame, and persistence over a momentary win. We celebrate new records and honor those whose records are broken. Every achievement invites someone else to try, learn and go further.
The trust we earn
Rules are set before an attempt begins. Evidence must be clear, and every attempt is measured by the same standard. Herzl reviews each submission and reaches a reasoned decision; unclear cases go to a human. Every decision has a reason. Every correction is recorded. Every verified record can stand up to public scrutiny.
“We will measure more than who went furthest. We will ask whether the path was honest, the rules were equal, and the achievement could inspire someone else to try.”
Our commitments
Open the arenaFor adults, regardless of background, location or experience.
Protect safety and dignityNo challenge that endangers or humiliates a participant.
Preserve the historyWhen a record is broken, the previous holder's story remains.
Judge responsiblySmart tools can assist, but people make the final decision.
If you carry an idea, a little persistence or the joy of trying, join the arena. Try honestly, cheer generously, accept a fair decision and help build a new Israeli tradition of credible achievement.
