Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about challenges, judging, accounts and certificates.
Getting started
How do I choose a challenge?+
Open the challenge arena, filter by category and choose a challenge. Its page shows the current record and the rules.
How do I submit an attempt?+
Read the rules, film one continuous attempt and submit the video and evidence through the blue Submit Now button.
Judging and trust
Who decides whether a record was broken?+
Herzl reviews each submission and reaches a reasoned decision. Unclear cases go to a human; authorized staff record the verdict on the site.
How do I appeal?+
Send the case number, your reason and new evidence. Where possible, a different human judge reviews the appeal.
What happens when a record is broken?+
The previous entry becomes an inactive record and remains in the history. The new record becomes active only after documented approval.
Account and privacy
Where are my attempts stored?+
Your account lets you track attempts, decisions and certificates. Private evidence is not shown publicly without your explicit choice.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes. You can request deletion or export through the contact page. Limited information needed to protect record integrity or meet legal duties may remain.
Certificates
How do I verify a certificate?+
Every certificate has a verification ID. The verification page shows whether it is active, revoked or tied to an inactive record.
Who owns the video?+
Participants keep the rights to their content and grant a limited license for review, record keeping and approved display.
